The Canine Coach agrees to provide services stated in a kind and gentle manner. Using positive reinforcement methods and force free training only.

The Canine Coach Is fully insured with Protectivity for public liability should any harm or damages occur to the dog trainer, or members of the public. Insurance will only cover incidents if we are responsible.

Please note all services will be invoiced prior to being carried out, payment must be made in full before a service is provided.

Cancellations by the customer must be made as soon as possible via telephone or text directly to Katie. If less than 24hours notice is given then full payment will still be required.

If cancellation is needed to be made by Katie, clients will be notified asap via telephone and a full refund will be given or rescheduling will be made.

All personal information gathered will be protected through the business.

• Personal information gathered will not be disclosed, shared or sold without your consent or when require by law.
• Photos and details of your dogs may be shared on social media only if consent is given.
